Koloa Landing is an ideal destination for a family staycation. Our Villas range from 800 to 2,800 square feet, giving even the largest families plenty of space to spend time together. The villas include spacious lanais, fully equipped kitchens with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals together, full-size washers and dryers, private bathrooms for each bedroom, and air conditioning.
Our 25-acre resort offers plenty of space to enjoy our family-friendly amenities — including fire pits, a soccer field, a volleyball court, and a putting green.

Koloa Landing features three lagoon-style resort pools and all are available to registered guests.
- Main Pool: A massive 350,000-gallon saline pool named Best Pool in America 5 years in a row by USA Today's 10Best. The main pool includes an infinity edge, several waterslides, waterfalls, and a swim-through and walk-through grotto
- Family Pool: Our 6,200-square-foot family pool is great for all ages and features a kids’ pool with an underwater rock formation shaped like the island of Kauai
- Tranquility Pool: A 2,000-square-foot tranquility pool that is reserved for adults ages 18 and older.
Relax in a private poolside cabana at our main pool! Each cabana sits beside the 350,000-gallon main pool and includes flat-screen TVs, overhead fans, and chaise lounge chairs. Rates are for a full day and vary depending on the day of the week.
