Koloa Landing is the perfect setting for a family staycation. Our Villas range from 800 to 2,800 square feet, giving even the largest families enough space to be together. The villas feature expansive lanais, fully loaded kitchens stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, fill size washer/ dryers, private bathrooms for every bedroom, and air conditioning.

Our 25-acre resort provides ample space to enjoy all of our family-friendly amenities - including our fire pits, soccer field, volleyball court, and putting green.

The Best Pool in America

Koloa Landing has three lagoon-style resort pools and all three are open to registered guests.

  • Main Pool: An enormous 350,000-galloon saline pool voted Best Pool in America 5-years in a row by USA Today's 10Best. The main pool features an infinity edge, multiple waterslides, waterfalls, and swim-through and walk-through grotto
  • Family Pool: Our 6,200 square foot family pool is perfect for any age and features a kid-pool with underwater rock formation in the shape of the island of Kauai
  • Tranquility Pool: A 2,000 square foot tranquility pool that is only accessible to adults 18 and over.

Enjoy a private poolside cabana at our main pool! Each cabana is located next to our 350,000-gallon main pool and is equipped with flat screen TVs, overhead fans, & chaise lounge chairs. Rates are for a full day and vary by day of the week.
